Municipal District of Bighorn
The M.D. of Bighorn is nestled in the foothills of the Canadian Rockies, west of Calgary and east of Canmore. The Bighorn is a fabulous place to visit, as well as a wonderful place to live. We invite you to look around and discover the beauty of this area!

It is 2,664 square kilometres (1029 square miles) with a Population of 1,298 (2001 Federal Census). Industries include
